To use our Mag Boost, Magnesium Spritz, shake well before use, spray directly onto affected area and massage into skin, allow 15-30 minutes for absorption. The first few applications may result in an itchy tingling sensation, this will diminish after daily use, so persevere, dilute with water if sensation persists for more than a week. May also be applied to soles of feet for rapid absorption, fabulous for before bedtime, to assist with a peaceful deep sleep. 

We recommend that you keep our Mag Boost, Magnesium Spritz in your yoga bag, gym bag, bedside table and use daily to replenish your magnesium levels! 

For longevity, store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
