To use our first aid healer, apply topically, undiluted to acne and blemishes, cuts, abrasions, burns, insect bites, stings, infections and wounds.  Apply desired amount to the area, dependent on the size of wound, a few drops are usually sufficient. We recommend that you add our First Aid Healer to your Natural First Aid Kit and Medicine Cabinet, as it is amazing! Also, fabulous for travel, don’t leave home without it! 

Essential Oil Usage Guide - Here are our favourite ways to use them: 

Add to Oil Diffuser - Add 5-12 drops to your diffuser, depending on room size.

Add to Oil Burner (bring back the oil burner, they’re fabulous) - Fill burner bowl with water, ignite your candle flame and add 5-12 drops, depending on room size (be sure to check water level, to prevent evaporation).

Make a Body Oil / Massage Oil - Blending Rule:  add 5 drops to every 10ml of our Blending Oil, swirl to disperse and mix.  Apply a small amount to palms, spread evenly, massaging gently in circular motions.

Apply to Feet - Apply 2-3 drops to the soles of your feet. Applying essential oils to the feet delivers the quickest absorption, as there are no sebaceous glands.  Essential oils can be detected in every cell of the body within 20 minutes.

Bathing Ritual - Add 5 drops to 20ml of full cream milk, swirl to disperse, add to bath water, may also be added to foot spas & hand soaks.

For longevity, store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
