To use our chest rub, apply to fingertips and palms, rub together to warm, then massage directly onto upper chest area, throat, including glands and back of neck. To alleviate nasal and sinus congestion apply a small amount on and under nose and across the cheek bones. We recommend that you add our Chest Rub to your Natural First Aid Kit and Medicine Cabinet, as it is fabulous! 

For longevity, store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
