To use our arnica balm, apply to palms, rub together to warm, then massage directly onto area of pain, using circular motions. Use for general aches and pains, arthritis, sore tired muscles, knots and muscular strains, joint pain and inflammation, bruising and bone fractures to increase rapid healing. May be used prior to physical activity, exercise, pre work out to loosen muscles, preventing injury. Do not apply to broken skin. We recommend that you add our Arnica Balm to your Natural First Aid Kit and Medicine Cabinet, as it is fabulous!

Our gorgeous products have been handcrafted since 1993.  Trialled and tested only on humans, they've been proven to be very safe and effective for all skin types, including the most sensitive.  However, we do advise a little patch test before use as a self-loving act.  

As all batches are lovingly hand-crafted with natural, raw Ingredients from Mother Earth herself, our collections may slightly vary in consistency, colour and scent from batch to batch, dependant on the seasons harvest.  Some products may also contain traces of herbal extract.
